During Fashionweek in Paris this year, I was happy to meet and chat with some people I admire. The cross dressing, sassy, hilarious and adorable giant who is Jay Alexander was one of them. Most of you will have already seen him on Americas Next Top Model where he shone as catwalk coach. I wish I had been able to spend more time with him, because in the 10 minutes that we talked, he had me laughing constantly. His rather colorful description of the filming of Russias Next Top Model, and the lack of organisation here in Paris was nothing short of epic.
And then, after a quick hair change, it happened....

Not a lot to report, as I was like a rabbit in headlights. I told him that he was my Michael Jackson. He laughed. I also told him that the way his clothes make me feel cannot be put into words - which was rather lucky since I wasn't 'with the words' at that particularly magic moment. GV is in my opinion, the best designer the world has at the moment. Pure Italian Genious.
